Jim joined the Belardi/Ostroy team in September 2015. His direct marketing career began with 20 years at the Ford Motor Company. That was followed by circulation and analytical roles at Quartermaster Uniforms, and a 5-year stint on the agency side at Lenser and Associates, then Merkle, where he represented a number of prominent brands, many in the B2B space. His keen analytical and database skills helped him advance within the Merkle organization, where he was a major strategic contributor to the marketing teams at large retail and travel-based clients. Outside of work, Jim enjoys time at home and with his family. Away from family, his passion is cycling. Any chance he gets he’ll be peddling away on a challenging off-road path or around the neighborhood!
